Solesta

The Celts, ancient inhabitants of the Curone Valley in Brianza, celebrated the summer solstice, an event laden with symbolism, with propitiatory rites. The site of the ceremonies was the terraced “pyramid” where La Costa vineyards reside today. The “sunny” character of the wine inspired its name, a tribute to the day that marks the transition to summer.
IGT TERRE LARIANE BIANCO HARVEST 2021
Grapes: Riesling Renano
Cellar: Fermented in steel and aged in acacia vats for 12 months. One year in bottle.
Production 2.500 bottles
Tasting notes: L’annata esprime un naso molto ampio con note agrumate, di pera e timo, una delicata dolcezza floreale, appena accennate note di pietra focaia. In bocca acidità equilibrata e salinità. Un vino da subito espressivo e sorprendentemente longevo.
