Galbusera Nera is a farmhouse with the typical features of the buildings of this area, surrounded by vineyards and terraces, in a corner of peace and nature in the Curone Regional Park.
The restoration has taken care to maintain its character and authenticity, adjectives that also well describe the cuisine of our Restaurant, which has always been deeply connected to the roots of local cuisine and the native products of these lands.

Galbusera Nera Restaurant's kitchen offers traditional and seasonal dishes. From the choice of raw materials to their processing, the basis of our cuisine is the desire to tell the story of a territory, all its nuances, its history and its evolution.
All the raw materials used in the menu, which varies with the passing of the seasons, come from the estate's vegetable garden, from the Park and from neighboring agricultural farms, all of which share a clean agriculture, which narrate of passionate experiences and gastronomic culture.

This has always been a gathering place for families who lived on the farmhouse, the barnyard is the perfect setting for tasting our wines accompanied by excellent local produce, overlooking Montevecchia, in the heart of Curone Park.
Leave your car in the nearby parking lots of the Park and reach us with a pleasant walk along the paths!
