Cellar: Cold maceration in the press for a few hours with the skins and fermentation in stainless steel
Production: 1,900 bottles
Tasting notes: Bright, luminous color on the hue of raspberry. Aromas of small red fruits, pomegranate, rosehip berry and cyclamen. On the palate good sapidity and surprising persistence.
